I posted a week ago. I missed the replies. Just reporting back my thermostat is not holding the charge. It keeps disconnecting from my WiFi network. Need help. TIA

Thanks for getting back to us. A few questions: when was it installed? Do you have more than one thermostat? If yes, does the issue show up on the other thermostats too? When did the issue start? Also, what country are you located in?
