Best learning thermostat not connecting to wifi

Nest thermostat is not connecting to Wi-Fi. All my other devices are working

A few questions — did this thermostat work before with this same Wi-Fi network? When attempting to connect it to your Wi-Fi network, do you get a message or a code on your Nest app or your Nest Learning Thermostat's display? Also, could you provide a rundown of the steps that you've tried so we could pick up from where you've left off?

Yes it worked before. No error. I returned and bought new one and it worked.

It indicates faulty equipment!
