Hello,
I have recently moved into a property with a nest thermostat. When my internet was sorted, I performed a full reset of the thermostat and connected to the new router. I instantly noticed that the heating would come on, even though the temperature was above the temperature set on the thermostat. I then switched the thermostat to ‘off’ and the heating continued to come on. I also tried deleting all schedules, lowering min temps etc and switching off auto learning. Still no change.
I performed another full reset and this has made no difference. The only way I can get the heating to stop activating is if I manually switch the heating off directly from the boiler.
Any other suggestions on how to get this fixed please?
