Best thermostat keeps going to eco mode

I have the Nest setup to go to eco temperature at 14 degrees.

I have set schedules for the thermostat to work but I'm finding that the best keeps switching to eco mode (14) during schedules.

We are clearly at home so the away mode shouldn't work and we are not switching it manually.

Can anyone shed any light on what I or the system is doing wrong?

I have the same issue. I am at home, but the thermostat does not sense my presence unless I pass in front of it. This is a little bit frustrating
