You input CristisnC was as good as useless. After 2 weeks you came back with the answer I had from the start.
This was the answer from the other advisors, why don’t you investigate the warehouse who lost my thermostat, rather than saying the box was empty??

Just thought I would add the return label as proof of sending, you will see the weight is 1kg, more than an empty box!
