I cannot log in to my nest my thermostat keeps telling me it cannot connect and cannot log into the app this has been two day I have tried everything on the thermostat and everything that google suggests

Please let me know which app you're using and what type of Nest Thermostat you have. Is your thermostat currently showing that it's connected to the internet?

If you're trying to log into the Nest app but can't, remember that if your Nest account is associated with a Gmail address, you should select "Log in with Google" when prompted. If you don't have access to your Gmail account, feel free to check out this article on How to recover your Google Account or Gmail.
