Hello,  This is a bit tricky and I think you need an actual Google tech person to fix this.  I'm going to escalate this and you should be hearing from them in this thread.

Since you're already using your Google Account for Google Nest products and cannot migrate to it, you could check out the manual steps outlined under the "Error message: Google Account is already linked with another Nest account" topic on this Help page:
