Blank screen

Any ideas why the screen keeps going blank (and unresponsive) with green flashing light?

I see several others have had same problem but for some reason you can’t access the resolution.

I have the same issue.  Even after taking it off the base and charging via USB for 5 hours it only shows black screen.  I have 2 Next thermostat E (Rev1) devices and one is fine and this one after 5 years has been giving me battery problems for two weeks now.  As of today, 11/1/2021, it has completely gone dark/dead.

I’m having this issue too. I found a page that says there’s a solution but I can’t get to it.

It is. I needed to charge the unit with a USB cord and the plug I was initially using didn't work. Also, I didn't realize I would need to let it charge for that long. Thank you for following up.
