Blows hot air when it should be cold...HELP

Previous configuration that had heating and cooling running fine with the old Honeywell thermostat

Nest configuration after setting it up per the installation instructions in the Nest app

Once installed, the Nest asks me to test cooling, of which, when I do, the air blows hot...

Please HELP!!!

Thanks in advance...cheers Jim

You have the Nest wired wrong since you have a Heat Pump system and not a Conventional system.

Use the labels below the terminal block label Heat Link. Just move the orange wire from W1 to O/B and reset-up the thermostat.
