Boiler isn’t turning off

My thermostat is working fine and has connected fine. But. Although the thermostat says the boiler is off. It’s not. I can’t seem to get it turn the boiler of at all. I’ve had the thermostat for 1 year. This is a new problem

I’m following your thread as I have this problem too. I hope you get a solution. I’ve worked out how to turn our 1 year old  boiler off at last using the boiler display. I’ve not found a solution though. I hope we get one!

I  think the issue is a faulty diverter valve. Theres an electrical switch that turns the boiler on and off inside the box. I think it’s stuck on on.  Probably need to replace the valve
