Hi my boiler isn't responding to my nest thermostat or heat link I've done factory reset on both but it's still not responding

I’m in the same boat. Reset everything.
bizarrely we know the boiler works, I think it’s remembering a schedule of old, but it just won’t respond to the app or manual overriding on the heat link.
im stuck.

Ok… I’ve tried everything… reset nest thermostat (2nd gen), reset boiler and factory reset heatlink… all nothing.
In summer I had a mesh system put in. I’ve just changed the WiFi connection back to the original BT router (from the mesh) and the boiler appears to have now kicked in.
It could all be coincidence - and it could be the timer kicking in, but at least the rads are now getting hot!
