Vin is not showing the correct voltage

Vin on the Nest (Snow) is showing ~37 V. Pulled off the thermostat and checked the wires, and they appear to be ~26.5 VIs there an explanation for the mismatch?

Resolved! looking to swap a Trane thermostat tcont824as52da

I have the Trane thermostat with wires on the W1, BK, G, Y1, O and RH. I have changed another thermostat but this one has the wire on the BK and the others didn't. Not sure if this setup is compatible with the nest. Its a heat pump.

Compatibility? - any help would be greatly appreciated
