Broken clip for nest thermostat

One of the clips on the display of my nest thermostat broke. How can I get a replacement part or go about fixing it?

I also have this problem.  The thermostat won't click into the holder leading to a low battery issue.

I will not buy another one.  The fact that this is an issue and you can't get help from the company is just the end for me

Mine as well. Unfortunately I ended up purchasing a new thermostat but kept the old one in hopes that there will be a solution someday.
