H72 nest error... I have a nest learning thermostat installed November 2019 and has suddenly stopped suppling power to the thermostat from looking in this community I see that it's a common problem with the heat link. I've had an electrician check wiring and fuses. Heat link has no lights but is has power to it as checked by electrician.
How do I resolve this issue.
I have no recent power cuts and no internal house done recently.

Hi Renbriar,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Also, in what states are you located?
Best,
Jenelyn

No worries now for this, I've had things changed by BOXT after following an email from google to change the heat link.
