C wire connected, but still getting error

I think I have the correct thermostat selected. My C wire is connected and has power (confirmed by my ac guy), but I'm still getting the error saying it's not connected. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Have you tried re-configuring it after doing a factory reset?

It should auto-detect it, but sometimes it doesn't.

Tried it. and re plugged in all the wires and still the same error.
