Rheem EcoNet to Nest 4th Gen

Just installed a Rheem heat pump (rd18ay36ajvca) with air handler (rh2vy3617stacnj).  EcoNet thermostat has 4 wires r c e1 &e2.  Had a nest and they replaced it with EcoNet due to it being communicative with outdoor unit.   Looking to replace EcoNet with 4th gen nest.   Need wiring support help.  Thank you.

Your unit is being controlled by a proprietary interface that is not compatible with a Nest thermostat.

Depending on the device, it might have the conventional 24VAC control option.
