I have 2 basic two wire zones 1 upstairs and one on first floor. Both have only R and W terminals
I have installed the power connector on one of the zones with the additional transformer.
Can I use the same transformer for another power connector like in below diagram for the upstairs nest?

Yes, you can.

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you may install two Nest Power Connectors for one 24VAC/20 VA transformer as long as it can support them. You can check this article on how you can install them for your system.
Feel free to message again if you have questions. We're here to help.
Thanks for stopping by, @Patrick_Caezza and Jenelyn.
Best,
Zoe
