Can 3 wire thermostat can install nest without problem?

I have installed nest learning thermostat in living room, now i like to install nest thermostat in 2nd fl. But this thermostat only have 3 wires with jumper. ( no c-wire)

W- white wire

Y - yellow wire

RC - red wire
