Can I buy a thermostat and add to my existing in home ?

thinking to buy new thermostat 3 gn to add to my existing one in home?

its that easy to add ? Or do I need expert to come home and install

You can only have one thermostat per HVAC system or zone. Unless you have a multi-zone system or more than one HVAC system, you can not just add another thermostat.
