Can I replace my Bryant NRH01-B Termostate with a Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat?

I just purchased a Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat and when I went to install it - there are only two wires running to the existing panel on the wall (red and white) - our Current thermostat is a Bryant NRH01-B. I traced the wire back down to a panel in the basement that has a wire running from the furnace/blower going into it and it also has a wire that is running out to the heat pump going into it. I have a picture but can't see how you can add it to the post.

The connectors on that panel have things like the Y1/B/C/Rh etc - is there anyway to tell if this is compatible with the Nest Thermostat?

Any help appreciated.
