Is Nest Thermostat 4th Gen ok to replace Honeywell thermostat, the one in the pictures ? Please help.

No, your current thermostat uses line voltage (120 to 240Vac), and the Nest thermostat only supports 24Vac.

@Aladdinh, wire labels with the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 denote a private system. Typically, proprietary systems may only be used with thermostats produced by the same company. However, some proprietary systems could also allow the usage of cables from a normal heating system. Have a Nest expert examine your system to see if it can be rewired or stepdown the voltage to be Nest-compatible.
