Can not get a pulsing blue light!

Hi, firstly, I'm not 100% sure I've wired it up correctly, I'm certain I have.  I cannot get a consistent blue pulsing light, my thermostat shows a house with a downward arrow and I have had every error code under the sun!  Help!

Hi there. Thank you for the details. I'm really sorry to hear that but no worries, we'll get to a resolution. Let's try these steps:

1. Restart the phone or tablet.

2. Restart the joining and assisting devices.

3. Reset the joining device to default. Before you reset them please remove the thermostat from the app. To restart the thermostat display to default settings you will have to press, press, press and hold and keep it pressed until you see the display coming back on. After that please reset the Heat Link and to do that you will have to press once to wake it up and then press and keep it pressed until you see a solid yellow. When the solid yellow light appears please let go of the button.

Once you've done these steps, please try to add the display in the app and then the Heat Link. Let me know how it goes.

Many thanks, Larisa.

hi Larisa

This worked!  Which was quite unbelievable, considering I spent a whole day prior to this trying to wprk it out.  However my next issue is that neither the nest app nor the thermostat control the heat? I wonder am I missing another piece of equipment as neither are talking to my boiler?

Hi there, could you let me know if the Heat Link controls the heating directly? You can check that by activating the manual mode - press once on the button on the Heat Link to turn it on and once again to engage the manual mode.

Hi there, I have set it to manual mode and there is no connection to the boiler whatsoever as it shows the current temp at 21.5 - 32 in 2+ hours, however no heat to the radiators and no boiler sound.

Thanks for letting me know. Can you please tell me if the Heat Link has been wired to the boiler according to the instructions?

The only thing I have re wired is the thermostat?  I didn't know about wiring the heat link to the boiler!  Am I able to do this myself?

The wiring process is intended to be a DIY one, Also, you can find this tutorial quite helpful: https://goo.gle/345FftC. However, if you don't feel safe working around electricity, the best course of action is to call for an installer to help you out.

Hi, I wanted to check in. Is there anything else I can perhaps try and assist with? If so, make sure to let me know.
