Was using Nest app without a problem last night. This morning it is now asking me to sign in but saying is is not correct. I know this is the correct email and password. Nest is from 2018. I have not migrated to Google yet . Is this the problem and they have shut down my Nest App?

We could try to restart your phone and uninstall and reinstall the Nest app.

I'm having this same problem. My account is tied to an email address I no longer have access to. So when I login, it sends a code to that email and I can't get the code. I tried creating a brand new account under a Gmail account I have access to and when I tried to connect my thermostat, the Nest won't give me the code under "Nest App" - it just says "already connected."

I am currently having the same problem…. Can log in with nest.com but can’t get into my app…. Uninstall app, restart my phone… nothing seems to work… i have to download google home app, but google home won’t send any notification to me… it is very frustrating right now!!!!!
