Can't add second nest thermostat get M15 error. Wifi good manually, several resets no dice.

Trying to add second nest learning thermostat to the app but fails with M15 error. Able to add directly to Wi-Fi on the thermostat so Wi-Fi is good I have done several resets and re-attempts to add to account but all fail with the M15 air. Tried with airplane mode enabled and just Wi-Fi on and still fails.

I have the same problem, found on a different thread suggesting to create a second "home" for that second nest. It works for me. Anyway, I think this is ridiculous for a establish brand to have this kind of issue.
