Can’t connect 3rd Gen Thermostat

I’ve tried all trouble shooting instructions but no joy. It can’t find my network and I can’t add it to my nest app.

Is there a C wire?

2. Is this a new installation of the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen?
3. Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
4. Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
5. How far away is the thermostat from the router?

Once I have this information, I can provide the correct solution to this situation.
