I have tried everything and I can't get my 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat to connect to my account since getting a new phone. It connects to the wifi (via entering it on the Nest directly) just fine, just not to my phone and account. During wifi setup on my phone, I get the M15 error. Please help. 😞
