Can’t connect at all. Can’t do anything.

Long story short. Had one connected for about a month then it disconnected itself. Wouldn’t reconnect. Reset it. Now won’t do anything. Got a second. Won’t do anything. I have 2 stuck on the same screen and can’t do a thing with them. How do I move on? I can’t connect it and the app won’t locate them at all.

I am sorry to hear you are still having trouble with the devices. Do you mind me asking what the screen is they are stuck on? I did find an article with some troubleshooting steps. Let me know if that helps out.

It doesn’t matter now i returned it.

Hi Jake. Finally fixed the new one. It’s stuck on the screen that has a phone on it with the nest app and and arrow on it. I assume this is to set up in the nest app but no phone will find the thermostat to add it onto the ‘home’

If your device is stuck during the setup, I would recommend following this article here. It provides some troubleshooting steps if the device gets stuck. No. Still can’t connect. The thermostat, although plugged in for the last week and was on last weekend now won’t turn on again. Wouldn’t connect up for the whole weekend
