Can’t connect to Wi-Fi

I’ve always had code e73 so there is a connector on my unit. However when I turned my heat off my system won’t let me turn on air. It keeps telling me to recharge my battery and I do! I’m getting no where 😕

@Crg006

How do you have it wired?

Post a picture of the base plate wiring.

Is a C wire installed?

Hello folks,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Thanks for lending a hand here, @Patrick_Caezza

@Crg006, it appears to be a power-related concern. Aside from what was asked above, could you also gather your thermostat's power readings in the Technical Info option? If you have a common wire installed and connected, remove it and leave it disconnected, then restart your thermostat to refresh and gather its power readings without the C-wire connected.

Please turn off the power from your HVAC system at the breaker box before touching any wires.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Mark

Hi Crg006,

I don't want to be a nudge, but I'd like to check if you were able to get your Nest Thermostat working. Feel free to reach back if you still need help.

Mark
