I just bought an iPhone 13 and downloaded everything from the cloud from my old phone but I can no longer see the nest thermostat located at our other home

Hey Cody1,
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
There are times that some data may not be completely downloaded to a new system (phone). You could try to log out from the Google Home app and log back in after a couple of minutes. Make sure that the same email has been selected on the app.
Also, check your thermostat wifi settings to be sure that it is connected to the WiFi.
