Can't connect to wifi

ZizzyJane

My nest has been successfully installed and working for about 3 years. But suddenly it no longer connects to my WiFi. Nothing has changed everything is in the same place.

I have reset the router, the thermostat, removed from the nest app. I have put WiFi boosters in two places to help get WiFi to connect but it still refuses to connect.

I don't know what else to do. Can anyone suggest anything?

You can't see your WiFi network when attempting to connect?

I can't see any network. Including my own.

I'm afraid you need to have this thermostat replaced, and its warranty is only for 2 years.

Surely not. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks for the replies though

Hello folks,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Thanks for assisting here, @Anonymous.

@ZizzyJane and @LauraP1, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Nest Thermostats that won't connect to your W-FI networks. Let's see what's going on.

I found a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps for when your thermostat doesn't show your Wi-Fi network. Please let me know if that helps or if the issue still persists.

Best regards,

Mark
