Can't control my Thermostat from my phone

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about what's happening.

 

Let's check this further:

  • Which Nest Thermostat are you using?
  • Are you getting any message when you open the app? Is it Google Home app or Nest app?
  • Have you changed anything from your WiFi settings?
  • Were you able to control or change the temperature from the thermostat itself?

I dont which nest unit it is.

yes I’m using google home app.


no changes made from my Wi-Fi. Yes I can control the thermostat manually.
