Hello Vov,

Thanks for letting us know that you can't control your thermostat with your phone. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

To clarify, do you see your thermostat in the app? What type of Nest Thermostat is this? If you have lost access to your thermostat within the Nest app, please make sure that you are signed in with the correct email address associated with it. If so, check for any structures available where it might be connected.

Here's your guide on how to switch home structures, and let me know if you were able to control your thermostat.
