I've just bought a new learning thermostat 3rd gen because our previous one broke. Tried to set it up and everything works fine with the heating but we can't control the water. There isn't even a logo for water on the thermostat itself or in the app. Our previous thermostat was also a 3rd gen learning one so I don't understand why it isn't working. I've reset it in case I entered something wrong when I set it up, but no luck. Any help very gratefully received!
Thank you. I mean I can't get our water to heat up. So no baths, showers, washing up dishes etc. Found out how to do it manually on the link connected to our water system, but I can't program it to come on at certain times.
Hello there! I am so sorry to hear about this, but I'm more than happy to help you out. Could you please go to Settings -> Equipment -> Pro Setup and do the Setup again and make sure to put the Hot Water -> ON/OFF. Let me know if this solves the issue.
