Google sent us a new series 3 Thermostat to replace a faulty one which wouldn’t connect to the WiFi but we can’t get the replacement thermostat to connect to the heat link.
The heat link seems to think it is still connected to the faulty thermostat even though I have done a Settings/Reset/all settings on the faulty thermostat and resetting the heat link.
When we connect the faulty thermostat again it connects to the heat link straight away, we don’t even need to put in the code. Any ideas of where we are going wrong?
