Hi Macie1230,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about this issue with your Nest Thermostat. No worries, help is here! While there isn't enough information in your post to diagnose it, if you're facing connection issues in your thermostat, take a look at this article Nest thermostat is offline.

Let me know how that works.

Regards,

Axel.

Hi Macie1230,

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing with the WiFi connection of your Nest Thermostat. But don't worry I can help.

Here are some things to check regarding your Wi-Fi password:

  • Show Password: Double-check that the "Show Password" option is enabled when you enter your Wi-Fi password. This ensures you're typing it accurately.
  • Case Sensitivity: Your Wi-Fi password might be case-sensitive. Make sure you're entering uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as they appear in your network password.

If you checked off all the steps above and the password is still incorrect please check the "Wi-Fi password incorrect" article for more troubleshooting steps to follow.

Please let me know if you have more questions.

Best regards,

Jenny
