nest thermostat wiring issue 6 wires

current wiring

when i went to set up my new nest thermostat is says its not compatible.  my heat is running of propane an di think i have a humidifer on the system but no idea if it works. any thoughts on how to wire this?

I should have included my heater I think is a heat pump and run off propane on the emergency switch. I had a nest thermostat but not the learning one that has more options. I think I need the learning one

The photo you provided is very useful in determining whether or not a Nest Thermostat is compatible with your system, so I really appreciate it.

From your picture, I see the following wires: C, R, Y2, E, G, and O.

If that's the case, then you're right, a Nest Learning Thermostat will be compatible with it. You can follow this diagram to get your thermostat wired.
