I have installed and used a nest thermostat in my Florida home for 3 years. No problems except when the internal goes off because of power outages. I bought a new one for my other home but can’t get in the google home to set it up. I had to take it down and reinstall the old thermostat. How do I get my money back. Google is way over my head. Even the bar code doesn’t open up.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Do you receive any messages or codes in the app or on your thermostat? If yes, what are the exact messages or codes?
