Can’t get thermostat to work for the life of me!

Guys and girls, try as I might, I can’t get this Nest thermostat to work.  Have tried countless wiring combos, followed the app instructions, followed the old thermostat wiring schematic, mirrored what is on the control board on the unit; nothing work.  Any ideas on what I need to do or should I just send it back and go with a “non-smart” thermostat?

  • Could you please let me know the model of your Nest thermostat?
  • Which app are you using to set it up?
  • Were you able to set it up on the app?
  • Are you getting any error messages on the app or in the Nest Thermostat? If so, could you please let me know what it says?
  • Is the Nest Thermostat turned on?
  • Did you check compatibility between your system and the Nest thermostat?
  • Are you experiencing any inconvenience with the installation, configuration, or control of your thermostat?
  • Could you please share the previous pictures directly in your post?
