Having login problems for the past month. Tried to log into and migrate Nest to my Google Acct. Failed login responses were either incorrect user name or password. Selected "Forgot" password with code to be sent to my email but never received any response. I finally was able to confirm my email address and cell phone No. and change my password to my Google Account. Tried logging into Nest one more time and for some mysterious reason it worked. All my android devices could login except my Windows 10 desktop PC. Will try using Chrome browser to login rather than Firefox. So thank you Garrett DS for acknowledging by first thread. I'm in business again for the most part.
