Can’t login to my nest account

I can’t login to my account. I keep telling them that I forgot my password and keep getting told that they will send me a message to reset but they don’t send me a message

Hi Pavano,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. Did you recently delete your Nest account, or have you received an email from Nest that is asking to confirm your account's deletion? 

 

Please check the following:

 

  • Spam folder
  • Promotions folder
  • Junk or Trash if their email filters junk mail directly to the trash
