Can’t reconnect my nest to the Internet

I am unable to connect my Nest thermostat back to my Wi-Fi. Been down for about a week now I’ve replaced my Wi-Fi router didn’t help everything else in my house is working properly. Any help would much be appreciated. And I have been all through all the troubleshooting online and in the Nest app

I am also having this problem.  Did you ever find out how to reconnect?

No I haven’t yet been trying to figure it out for a week now don’t know how to get any technical help from the Nest company or whoever they are

Hello folks,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble reconnecting your Nest Thermostat to your Wi-Fi. If you've already gone through the troubleshooting steps provided online and in the Nest app, here are a few additional suggestions you might want to consider if you haven't reached out to our support team yet.

 

  1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network settings, such as network name (SSID) and password, are correctly entered on the Nest thermostat. Double-check for any typos or changes.
  2. If rebooting doesn't work, consider resetting the Account Connection in the Reset settings. This will unlink the thermostat from the account and forget the Wi-Fi connectivity.
  3. Check for any message codes or reports that appear in the settings.
  4. Proceed by adding it in the app.
