I added a second Neat and thermostat to my home. It setup without issue but it is not in my Neat app. When I try to register it I am asked to enter a 7 digit number from the app setup. When I go into setup the home icon is not as option and all that I can get is a 21 digit number. How to I register this thermostat? It doesn’t tell me the model but it has a mirrored face and you slide up and down on the right side of unit to make changes and tap near the top to select. It has a blue bubble level and 6 or 8 wire connectors in opposite straight rows.
It sounds like you have the Nest Thermostat (2020 model) setup in the Google Home app. That's designed exclusively for the Google Home app, so it will not show up in the Nest app nor can you add it manually.
