Can we get a spare back/wall plate for the Nest 3rd generation thermostat?

I need a new backplate for the thermostat. I can’t seem to find a clear answer for if they’re available in the UK. Is there an actual contact page for Nest to speak to someone? The working hours aren’t clear but it seems to be through the night.

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have any issues with your base, any error code on the display? Let me know so I can help you properly. As for buying a separate backplate, we don't sell them individually, only full units.
