I am unable to control thermostat from the app. I have read the community post but still unable to solve issue. The previous post gave a phone # but that number is no longer in service.
Thanks for reaching out. Could you please tell us more about it? A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Can't you log in using your email? Is your Nest Thermostat still visible in the app? What are the troubleshooting steps you've already tried?
