Cannot find Lock/Unlock on my Google Home App for my nest gen 4 thermostat

Help!   I purchased the Nest Gen 4 thermostat because I am able to lock/unlock temp settings on my Google Home app for our rental property.  However,  I cannot find it on my google home app.  I go to the thermostat and hit settings it has nothing not "more" not lock not pin nothing?  Am I doing something wrong here.  I have looked everywhere for this.

While the Google Home app doesn't currently offer the option to lock or unlock, you can still set a lock temperature using the Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) display. Please follow the steps below:

1. On your Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) display:
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Lock, then choose the Lock option again to confirm.
4. Choose whether to Allow a range or Set one temperature.
5. Set a PIN.
