Attempts to migrate a Nest purchased before Google took over are failing, as Google wishes to confirm my identity with a text to the Youtube app (which I refuse to install.) on an IPad, which I do not have. Checking on use another method just loops back to the IPad request. Attempting to use the app on my Phone prompts a demand for my phone number, to which I do not believe Google has a right (although I assume they have it already..I have never provided it to them)
