Hello,
When i want to reset my password it says an error occured retry later.
I lost my opassword because of Iphone broken, i cannot anymore access nest app (phone and web) because password cannot be reinit....
please help

your next password is stored on the Google nest cloud server, not actually on your nest thermostat. If you need to change your password or recover a password, you have to go to the Google nest cloud server over the Internet and change it there. Go to http://nest.home.com
One you ate there login and change your password or choose “i forgot my password” also make sure you activate 2-step login.

I found home.nest.com but it keep saying an "error occured try later"....

When you are attempting a password reset, is it possible that you are somehow inadvertently using a different email address than the one you were previously using to log onto the Google Nest app?
If that email address is not registered with Google Nest, that might explain why you are getting the error.

Re hello I checked I receive all nest report on my Gmail address it looks to be the correct one very weird I am running around like mad dog to sort this out (sorry for my poor English)

You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
