I have two other thermostats that are connected to my WiFi and that I can regulate from my phone. However, the third thermostat has been offline for over a month. I had to reset the third thermostat to factory settings and when I try and enter the key I get a TD030 error code. It says the app is having trouble connecting to the assisting Nest Product. I am close to the thermostat and my phone is connected to the same WiFi network.

I am experiencing the same issue. Tried restarting the thermostat multiple times. Confirmed that my phone and thermostat are on the same wifi network. I'm standing very close to the thermostat. I've tried scanning the QR Code and tried typing in the Entry Key. The app is finding my thermostat (confirmed by showing the correct serial number on the app), but it still won't connect and get the TD030 code. Hopefully someone can provide some help.
