The nest app says log in , when I put my normal email account in I don't get a reset password email. Having never used this I am not sure if the plumber has used his email address when setting it up. Wi fi fine. I get a security message from Google saying I've allowed nest access. I've been on to the help phone line 2x and they can't sort it. One had me do a reset on the thermostat. That didn't help connect to the email. They say it's setup and connected to an account. I've got a key number from the reset. How can I start again and register this thermostat to my email address. Any help appreciated -

Factory reset and start again. You then setup a new account with your details.
