thanks for this, I'm not familiar with this controller setup, sorry, do you have the actual thermostat wiring of your Carrier thermostat? It's the same photo you attached here for Nest Thermostat base with the wiring, what about your carrier thermostat base plate with the wiring and the wiring labels, do you have that photo?

The controller is newly purchased and needs to set up with nest thermostat.

@javarozki, I saw your post and wanted to chime in. Upon checking the photo of your controller, there are no labels on it that we can use as our basis on how to wire your Nest Thermostat.  For your safety and for the safety of your system, I suggest you contact a Nest Pro Technician.
